Role and Responsibilities: • Provide technical leadership and strategy in the development of enterprise applications. • Deliver hands-on Power Platform development to streamline and automate organizational business processes. • Develop application Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate and iteratively build on their business value and functionality. • Integrate Power Platform with other systems using Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors. • Assess business needs and recommend a suitable and optimal technology stack. Required Skills • An active TS/SCI with polygraph. • Minimum of 3 years with hands-on professional experience developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics, D365, and Power Platform including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Pages. • Minimum of 5 years of total IT experience. • Advanced capabilities and knowledge developing in Power Platform and Dynamics. • Strong experience Integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors. • Lead the definition of back-end solutions for Power Platform, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or other databases. • Strong background in C# and .NET development. • Expertise with Visual Studio. • Experience working on a Scrum team using a ticket management system (Azure DevOps or Jira). • Exemplary communication skills.
