Power Platform Admin | Plantation, Florida, United States Senior Power Platform Administrator
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Plantation, FL | Onsite, 5 Days/Week
About the Role
Join a dynamic Microsoft Center of Excellence (COE) team as a Senior Power Platform Administrator and become the cornerstone of Power Platform governance and innovation within a large-scale enterprise environment. Drive adoption, provide expert guidance, and ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the platform. This high-impact, visible position offers opportunities for cross-functional collaboration, platform optimization, and professional growth in a centralized, enterprise-level COE setting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Power Platform contact, offering advanced Tier 3 support and troubleshooting for complex issues
- Maintain platform health: manage environments, licensing, capacity, connectors, integrations, and resolve platform-wide issues
- Lead and support weekly community of practice (COP) and internal consulting sessions
- Implement and enforce governance policies, platform standards, and best practices in collaboration with the COE
- Evaluate and support new feature rollouts, enhancements, and platform integrations with internal and external systems
- Apply light engineering skills to optimize platform performance and manage application integrations
- Support lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience administering Microsoft Power Platform in enterprise environments
- Hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
- Deep understanding of platform data policies, capacity management, licensing, connectors, governance, and troubleshooting
- Experience delivering advanced (Tier 3) support for complex platform scenarios
- Ability to function as both an administrator and perform basic engineering tasks related to integrations and optimization
- Track record of supporting COE initiatives, including governance, standards, and best practices
Preferred Skills
- Experience working within a Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE)
- Exposure to DevOps practices and integration workflows
- Microsoft certifications in M365 / Power Platform
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Background in lifecycle management and platform optimization
