In the role of Distribution Team Lead, we'll count on you to:
- Supervise work of designers and coordinate design of assigned projects
- Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's life cycle (from development and initiation to close-out), while under supervision of a Project Manager
- Responsible for many aspects of a small project or a single aspect of a larger project
- Coordinate workload through project execution and complete deliverables on budget and schedule
- Communicate effectively with client and /or end use customers on schedules, commitments, project feasibility, timeframes, and expectations.
- Prepare work orders and job packages consisting of bills of material, permit coordination and support, requisitions, site drawings and construction drawings for various installations of electrical facilities in a cost-effective manner that maximizes safety and service reliability.
- Effective planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling, and monitoring of work activities.
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications- More than 3 years of Distribution Design experience
- BOUD / Maximo/Poleforeman experience
QualificationsRequired Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office product experience
- General background-related experience
