Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience leading engineering projects.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience navigating global execution, successfully driving alignment and delivery across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to quickly learn and deeply understand program architecture from interfaces to infrastructure and serving to actively drive technical discussions.
  • Excellent skills in managing complex stakeholder relationships across research, engineering, and product teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$237,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
