Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination, project management, or workstream leadership experience.
• Healthcare industry experience; health insurance or benefits administration preferred.
• Experience with medical policy and benefit configuration workflows.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional, including offshore resources.
• Analytical skills to interpret business documentation and claims data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including data management and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation plan and track transitions across multiple client migrations.
• Coordinate policy enablement from analysis through configuration and testing.
• Track progress of customization analysis, configuration, validation, testing, and implementation.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to analyze client-specific customizations.
• Coordinate with testing teams to review scenarios and resolve policy issues.
• Maintain inventory of medical policy configurations, including benefits and exclusions.
• Prepare executive-level updates, project metrics, and maintain project documentation.
