Project Manager II - Product Development & AI Programs
Overview
IntePros is seeking a Project Manager II to support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional product development initiatives focused on next-generation AI-powered consumer technologies. This role partners closely with Engineering, Technical Program Managers (TPMs), and leadership to manage project schedules, coordinate product testing activities, and ensure successful delivery from development through production launch.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and excels at keeping cross-functional teams aligned. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to identify risks early, drive issue resolution, and maintain momentum across complex product development programs.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project activities across engineering, product, and program management teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Track project health, monitor timelines, and proactively identify risks, blockers, and schedule deviations.
• Coordinate product testing activities, including internal testing phases, pilot programs, and production readiness efforts.
• Facilitate recurring cross-functional meetings and ensure stakeholders remain aligned on project priorities and deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports, summarize progress, and communicate updates, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule by coordinating activities across multiple technical teams.
• Escalate issues appropriately and drive timely resolution to minimize project delays.
• Support continuous improvements to project management processes, documentation, and team collaboration.
• Maintain project artifacts and documentation using project management and collaboration tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Coordination, or Project Coordination.
• Experience supporting cross-functional product development teams through multiple phases of the product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, milestones, dependencies, and release management.
• Experience using Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling tools.
• Experience with SharePoint or other collaboration and document management platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and proactively solve problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting hardware, consumer electronics, or technology product development programs.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools that support project planning and team collaboration.
• PMP certification or formal project management training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
• Experience supporting product testing, pilot programs, or production deployment activities.
