Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years leading large-scale IT deployments, especially ERP implementation programs.
• 5+ years of recovering high-risk projects, with strong assessment and executive-communication skills.
• Quality Improvement experience with ISO-9000, CMMI, or Six Sigma frameworks.
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships, including performance management and contract oversight.
• Demonstrated leadership of large, cross-functional project teams in complex environments.
• Proven experience in introducing and standardizing Project Management processes and governance frameworks.
