Description & RequirementsMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented
Program Operations Manager. This is a remote position with up to 25% travel.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Spearhead Winning Proposals: Develop and lead compelling proposal responses that directly drive revenue growth, expand our market footprint and fueling the company's ambitious future.

- CONUS/OCONUS travel up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- 12+ years of experience serving as a Technical Project Manager.
- 12+ years of experience delivering professional services within classified environments.
- 1+ year of experience acting as a Technical Direction Letter (TDL) Manager on a FEDSIM Service Delivery Model Program.
- Demonstrated experience managing and executing SOFA (Status of Forces Agreement) and SPOT (Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker) compliance.
- Security + certification
Preferred Qualifications:- 17+ years of comprehensive project management experience.
- Direct experience providing support to Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) or deployed support to named combat operations.
- 1+ years supporting a FEDSIM Service Delivery Model Task Order
- 10 + years supporting DoW and the Intelligence community on cyber focused programs
Clearance Requirements:- Required Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
