Job Description:Location: Los Angeles, CA

What You'll Do - Lead the charge: Drive the full lifecycle of PMIS implementation, planning, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and beyond.
- Keep projects on track: Build and maintain schedules, deliverables, and budgets that ensure successful rollouts every time.
- Be the bridge: Work closely with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to make sure the system works for everyone, not just the tech team.
- Run the room: Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture requirements and map out workflows.
- Make it seamless: Oversee data migration, system integrations, and interfaces to keep information flowing smoothly.
- Teach and empower: Develop training programs and resources so end-users feel confident using the system from day one.
- Solve challenges fast: Monitor risks, issues, and changes, and keep stakeholders in the loop with clear updates.
- Set the standard: Ensure every step follows best practices, compliance needs, and organizational guidelines.
- Support for the long haul: Provide post-implementation troubleshooting, optimizations, and adoption strategies.
What You Bring - Bachelors degree in IT, Project Management, or related field.
- 10+ years in project management or software implementation, with 3+ years specifically on PMIS rollouts.
- Proven experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
- Hands-on success with integrations, data migration, and change management.
- Knowledge of PMIS platforms (Kahua, Oracle Unifier, etc.).
- Project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.).
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, you know how to guide clients and stakeholders throughout the journey.
- Analytical problem-solving with a results-first mindset.
- Familiarity with data migration, integrations, and testing best practices.
- Awareness of compliance and data security standards.
Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with public sector or large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.
- PMP certification preferred; Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with government contracts or public sector project requirements.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level reporting tools and dashboard customization.
- A knack for thriving in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and challenges come fast.
Salary Package:
$ 165,000.00 - 185,000.00 (US Dollar)
