The Platform Architect Principal for our enterprise healthcare systems, including Epic, Workday, and ServiceNow. This role is accountable for the operational health, upgrade execution, and architectural governance of these platforms across the healthcare system in partnership with the TDS director team. This position operates with director-level influence and decision-making authority while remaining hands-on and embedded in delivery. Working in a matrixed model, the Principal Platform Architecture partners with application, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams to keep platforms current, stable, compliant, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Annual Salary Range: $123,011.20 - $181,438.40Remote positionQualificationsEducation:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:- 10+ years of experience supporting and architecting enterprise platforms in complex environments is required.
- Significant experience with Epic, Workday, and/or ServiceNow, including upgrades and lifecycle management.
- Proven success leading large-scale platform upgrades in healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of platform configuration vs. customization tradeoffs.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple delivery teams.
