Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Plant Director in Garner, NC to lead a high-volume production and distribution facility supporting PepsiCo and Keurig Dr Pepper brands. This role oversees 300+ employees and is responsible for end-to-end plant performance.

The Role
• Lead all plant operations across production and warehousing
• Oversee 300+ employees in a facility producing 15M+ cases annually
• Own performance across safety, quality, service, cost and OEE

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all plant operations for production and warehouse facilities
• Hire, lead, and develop Operations staff
• Implement new technologies to improve quality and reduce costs
• Create and maintain documentation related to production, warehouse quality, and inspections
• Partner with and support the Sales Department
• Develop and execute all Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives
• Provide support to customers and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, and audit standards (AIB, etc.)
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and/or TPM methodologies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Proven experience managing large employee populations (200+ preferred)
• Strong understanding of P&L management
• Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, and decision-making ability
• Strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of GMP and food safety standards
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field)
• Beverage or high-speed CPG manufacturing experience
• Union experience
• Food safety, AIB, or audit experience
