Overview

At Hatch, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality, thoughtful design, and a seamless customer experience. We are looking for a Planner to join our team, bringing financial and strategic insights to life through merchandise and store-level planning. This role is central to driving profitable sales, optimizing inventory, and ensuring our product vision comes to life across all channels. The Planner will oversee both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Wholesale businesses, ensuring alignment across channels.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute top-down and bottom-up merchandise financial plans that support product and business strategies across DTC and Wholesale channels.
  • Develop, manage, and communicate inventory management strategies to meet or exceed sales, margin, and turn goals across all channels of business.
  • Own and execute store-level allocation and replenishment, acting as liaison to field teams regarding inventory needs.
  • Manage Beauty replenishment forecast and placements.
  • Recap and analyze weekly financial results, supporting decisions on margin and inventory optimization.
  • Support Merch/Planning team in developing preseason sales, gross margin, and inventory strategies by channel, department, and subclass.
  • Support Merch/Planning team in open-to-buy (OTB) preparation through analysis and scenario work.
  • Partner with Merchandising to analyze historical data and current trends, recommending in-season tactics.
  • Perform location-based market analysis to guide assortment and investment decisions.
  • Develop pre-season store attributes and distribution strategies for new product releases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production, Store Operations, and Finance to optimize inventory and store performance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of new strategies.


What You'll Bring
