Nous recherchons un(e) planificateur(trice) de la demande et de l'approvisionnement qui jouera un rôle clé dans le maintien d'une forte exactitude des prévisions pour l'ensemble du portefeuille canadien de Nespresso. Ce rôle est essentiel pour assurer des niveaux élevés de service à la clientèle grâce à des stocks optimisés, tout en minimisant les coûts de distribution. À titre d'expert en la matière pour le processus de bout en bout (Plan to Execute) et la revue mensuelle des prévisions, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, financières et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement afin de soutenir une prise de décision efficace.

Une journée dans la vie d'un(e) Planificateur(trice) de la demande et de l'approvisionnement
  • Dans ce rôle, vous combinez rigueur analytique et solide collaboration interfonctionnelle.
  • Vous dirigez et facilitez le cycle de planification mensuelle des affaires (MBP), remettez en question les hypothèses, mettez en évidence les risques et les occasions, et contribuez à établir un consensus sur le plan de demande.
  • Vous surveillez activement le rendement des prévisions, les niveaux de stocks et les plans d'approvisionnement, tout en soutenant les initiatives d'amélioration continue qui renforcent l'efficacité de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et la disponibilité en rayon partout au Canada.
  • Vous agissez également comme la voix du Canada auprès de nos équipes mondiales de production et d'allocation chez Nespresso Canada, en signalant de façon proactive les écarts d'approvisionnement, en quantifiant les risques associés et en plaidant pour des ajustements aux plans d'approvisionnement afin de garantir que les besoins commerciaux canadiens soient pleinement soutenus.

La réussite dans ce rôle est mesurée au moyen d'indicateurs clés de planification et de service, notamment :
  • Exactitude et biais des prévisions (M1 / M3)
  • Exactitude du plan de demande (DPA)
  • Couverture des stocks
  • Disponibilité des stocks
  • Rotation des stocks (fonds de roulement)
  • Niveaux ciblés de service à la clientèle (taux de remplissage)
  • Gaspillage et destruction


Avec un fort esprit axé sur la durabilité, vous serez responsable d'identifier de manière proactive les risques d'expiration des produits au moins trois mois à l'avance et de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Mark
