Qualifications

• Licensed to practice nursing or as a Physician Assistant in the state of employment, non-probationary.
• Experienced in primary care settings: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
• Current certification in BLS/ACLS.
• Comfortable managing care for Medicare-aged, underserved populations with comorbidities.
• Strong skills in examination methodologies and diagnostics.
• Interpersonal skills that promote approachability and understanding with patients and staff.
• Confident in delivering comprehensive primary care and addressing social determinants of health.
• Energetic about working in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care primarily for seniors.
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team, including physicians and nurses.
• Utilize a cloud-based electronic health record system for patient management.
