About this role:As a Physician in Family Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will provide outpatient family medicine care to our Pahrump Clinic patients.
- This position includes a $60,000 starting bonus, and up to $20,000 in relocation assistance for eligible household moves
- Base Salary of $285,000.00, Annual Quality Metrics Incentive of $20,000.00, and an Annual HERO Stipend of $25,000.00
- You will practice at Pahrump Clinic- in Pahrump, NV (west of Las Vegas)
- Your schedule will be 4X10-Hour days per week during our normal clinic hours of Monday through Friday, 730AM -5PM
- There are no on-call responsibilities

What you'll bring: - MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Residency training in Family Medicine - to care for all ages
- Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
- Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
