What You'll Do
  • Manage a full caseload of one-on-one patient visits - no techs or aides - averaging 32+ visits per week (36 budgeted for cancellations).
  • Conduct Discovery Visits (30-45 minutes), Head-to-Toe Assessments (90 minutes), and ongoing Treatment Visits (~52 minutes), using any extra time for documentation or a breather as needed.
  • Apply the PF5 Method to treat patients autonomously while keeping them focused on returning to the activities they love long-term, not just resolving pain.

What We're Looking For

Required:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Orthopedic outpatient experience.

Strongly Preferred:
  • Prior experience in a concierge-style physical therapy practice.
  • Customer service or sales experience.

Above all, we hire for values - skills can be trained, but we look for clinicians who are:
  • Humble, without a big ego.
  • Hungry to grow, learn, and become the best clinician they can be.
  • Genuinely passionate about physical therapy and helping people.
  • High in emotional intelligence - strong at building relationships and showing empathy.
  • A team player who is coachable and open to growth.
  • Looking to put down roots locally - we are not the right fit for travel PTs or clinicians who want to split time across multiple clinics.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary of $80,000-$90,000 - this range is negotiable and will be tailored based on the individual clinician's experience and skill level.
  • Production bonus of $25 per treatment visit beyond the 32-visit/week threshold.
  • Simple IRA retirement plan with a 3% company match.
  • Monthly medical stipend toward health insurance.
  • 96 hours of PTO annually.
  • No sign-on bonus or relocation assistance offered for this role.
Schedule

Initial schedule: Monday & Thursday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM; Wednesday & Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.

After completing onboarding, clinicians earn "Schedule Flex" - the ability to shift appointments at the edges of the day (mornings/evenings) with advance notice, giving more control over personal commitments without using PTO. The clinic's core hours (10 AM-4 PM) remain fixed, since that's when front-desk support and Discovery/Head-to-Toe visits are concentrated.
Interview Process

Two-step, in-clinic interview process:
  • Step 1: General interview with the practice.
  • Step 2: Skills-based interview reviewing the role and expectations in detail.
