The RoleYou own the infrastructure that patient care runs on -- in healthcare, "runs on" means uptime, security, and auditability are the same job. Build the platform the whole team ships on, make PHI safe by default, and turn SOC 2 and HIPAA from a scramble into something the infrastructure enforces on its own.What you'll do- Own AWS infrastructure end to end as code: Terraform/IaC, ECS and EKS/Kubernetes, network policies, least-privilege IAM.- Build for compliance by default: hardened Chainguard/FIPS images, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging.- Stand up observability that catches problems before patients do -- Sentry, Grafana, Datadog.- Own CI/CD on GitHub Actions.- Lead incident response -- triage, mitigation, blameless postmortems.What we're looking for- Deep production AWS experience with Terraform/IaC, ECS, and EKS/Kubernetes at real scale.- Hands-on with compliance-grade infrastructure: hardened images, network policies, secrets management.- Experience carrying a regulated environment through SOC 2 (and ideally HIPAA).- Strong observability chops (Sentry, Grafana, Datadog) and CI/CD ownership on GitHub Actions.Source: https://careers.metabody.ai/open-roles/senior-platform-sre
