Your role as a Physical Therapist:- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength and overall function.
- Educate patients and families on exercises & techniques to support recovery and prevent injuries.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Coach and support caregivers.
Pay and Benefits:- $75 to $125 per visit.

Qualifications:- Active Physical Therapy License (Arizona).
- Valid Driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
