Full Job Description
Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include:

The Physical Security Program Manager provides leadership to managers and professional staff with accountability for performance and results of multiple teams, while developing departmental plans and priorities where decisions are guided by resource availability and organizational objectives. In addition, this is a liaison role and is responsible for interfacing and communicating between local and Headquarter Federal personnel and SRNS employees on all details relative to the Program being managed. Program Management is highly relationship-based; thus, oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and organization are important. The responsibilities of a Program Manager include, but are not limited to, interfacing with operations and engineering to understand facility scope, developing/tracking SRNS performance milestones; developing presentations and communiques for stakeholders detailing funding requirements, scope and schedule; developing five-year and annual budgets; understanding variances between current year budget vs. actuals; and monthly and annual reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Travel is required

Required Qualifications
• Twelve or more YOE as an individual contributor in one or more of the roles managed plus three or more years of experience (YOE) in a relevant management role, OR Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field plus eight or more years of experience (YOE) in one or more of the roles managed, OR Master's Degree in a relevant field plus five or more years of experience (YOE) in one or more of the roles managed
• Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered

Ability to obtain and maintain "Q" level security clearance
