Pay Range:$52.50 - $77.18
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
Acts as liaison between allied health professionals and registered nurses in providing accurate and rational drug therapy to patients upon receipt of an allied health professional's order. Reviews order for dosing accuracy, drug selection, drug interactions, allergies, and appropriateness. Serves as a medical team consultant by participating in multidisciplinary rounds, committees, and workgroups. Provides drug information to allied health professionals, nurses, patients, and the general public.
Monday through Friday evening clinical pharmacist focused on clinical consults, reports, and code response.

Education Qualifications- Pharmacy Required Meets educational requirements established in the state of practice
- Graduate of accredited Pharmacy program; eligible for Pharmacist licensure in state of practice.
Experience QualificationsCertifications, Licenses and Registrations- Licensed Pharmacist in the state of practice or is eligible to apply for pharmacy board exam/state of practice licensure is required.
- If not currently a Licensed Pharmacist in state of practice, must obtain within 180 days of hire.
- Board Certification is preferred.
