The Opportunity:
The Performance Tester will support the planning and execution of both automated and performance testing activities across the program. This role requires hands on experience with testing tools, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to document and communicate testing results effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute performance, load, stress, and endurance testing in alignment with established test plans.
  • Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and other automation frameworks.
  • Assist in designing and refining performance test scenarios and data sets.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, performance issues, and system bottlenecks.
  • Analyze test results, generate reports, and clearly communicate findings to the development and leadership teams.
  • Contribute to maintaining test documentation including test plans, test cases, and execution logs.
  • Coordinate with developers, operations, and QA leads to ensure complete test coverage and resolution of issues.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree), U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Strong QA automation experience, including Selenium, automated test framework design and maintenance, and performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, k6, or similar.
  • Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, with experience developing test plans, test cases, test reports, and identifying performance bottlenecks in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, mentor junior QA staff, and effectively communicate technical findings.
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desired:

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile software development environments.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis and unit testing.
  • Experience with Momentum ERP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale financial and/or government systems is highly desirable.
