  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, business development or client relationship management.
  • Ability to identify budget flight risks and execute mitigation plans with the ASL while maintaining precise data hygiene.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time within the U.S.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to large audiences.
  • Excellent track record of working with or for major digital/search/performance companies or agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Accelerate product adoption and performance revenue by navigating agency partners from foundational to advanced AI maturity.
  • Design and deliver bespoke learning engagements that solve complex business challenges and demonstrate the holistic value of the AI-Powered Performance Suite (Search, PMax, Demand Gen) against agency Key Performance Indicator (KPIs).
  • Own the "Test-to-Scale" framework to source and scale pilots into permanent, sustainable revenue streams across the portfolio.
  • Identify revenue "white space" independently and build business cases for new product pitches before leadership prompts, proactively identifying budget flight risks and execute mitigation plans with the Account Support Lead (ASL) while maintaining precise data hygiene.
  • Orchestrate internal technical teams (PS, gTech) and collaborate with Account Lead (ALs) to prove the impact of Google solutions.
