About the job As the Partner Data Operations Manager, you will serve as a vital data-driven partner, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and operational excellence for partner incentives. You will be responsible for translating complex strategic requirements into standardized workflows, ensuring that robust data processes and high quality metrics are in place to track performance and business impact accurately. You will collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and strategic stakeholders to optimize timelines and drive continuous process improvements. Furthermore, you will provide effective reporting and drive the development of data artifacts for internal and external stakeholders, resulting in the successful execution of incentive objectives. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
