We're looking for a People Strategy Consultant to join Procore's People Solutions Team. In this role, you'll be deployed to high-priority, complex cross-functional initiatives across the People Organization, focusing on critical priorities like AI cultural integration, M&A integration, and organizational alignment. Your primary goal is to architect and execute dynamic, product-led solutions for high-impact strategic problem statements across the business.

As a People Strategy Consultant, you'll partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs), People Analytics, and cross-functional leadership to translate complex business challenges into concrete strategic objectives and execution plans. Use your advanced analytical agility, product-minded customer lens, and agile problem-solving skills to drive high-visibility HR initiatives from concept to reality. Join a newly formed team that is moving away from traditional rigid structures toward a high-velocity, product-led operating model-apply today!

This position reports into our Sr. Director of People M&A and People Solutions and will be based in our Austin office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:
  • Execute just-in-time strategic initiatives by pivoting quickly to address complex, in-year business challenges across the People Organization.
  • Architect strategic solutions by taking complex problem statements from leadership, analyzing variable factors, and building concrete execution frameworks.
  • Lead high-visibility, cross-functional workstreams across and outside your primary area of expertise to achieve key business outcomes.
  • Champion agile methodologies by operating with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) mindset, gathering rapid feedback, and iterating on program designs.
  • Partner closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to bring advanced professional knowledge, structure, and execution power to high-priority initiatives.
  • Approach People programs with a product-minded, customer-first lens, prioritizing end-user employee experience over rigid process compliance.
  • Leverage data analysis and systems thinking to drive evidence-based decisions and measure the business impact of strategic solutions.

  • Proven track record of managing high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution (M&A integration experience is a plus).
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated proficiency in using data to diagnose issues and model effective solutions.
  • Strong consulting acumen with the ability to act as a trusted advisor, influence executive stakeholders, and guide cross-functional decision-making.
  • High-velocity mindset characterized by proactive initiative, resilience in navigating ambiguity, and strong action orientation.
  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, product-led program management, and employee-centric design frameworks.
