  • Hire, develop, and retain high-performing leaders and employees; conduct performance reviews, coaching conversations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Standardize best practices across branches and drive succession planning and professional development.

Operations & Financial Performance

  • Oversee operations across all branches, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
  • Own P&L performance for the region: manage budgets, forecasts, staffing, equipment, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics across branches, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with corporate teams to manage facilities, personnel, equipment, materials, and other company assets across the region.

Business Development & Customer Relations
