What is the Opportunity?
As People & Organisational Development Director, Americas, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of the world's fastest-growing MedTech organisations.

Reporting to the Head of People & Organisational Development and a key member of the America's Leadership Team, you will help drive business growth through people, leadership and organisational capability.

This is not a traditional HR leadership role. You will partner directly with senior leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capability, influence organisational design and shape the culture needed to support Aerogen's ambitious growth plans across the Americas.

Working as part of Aerogen's global People & Organisational Development team, you'll bring our people strategy to life across the America's with a local lens and influence, helping create an environment where great people can thrive, grow and perform at their best.

How you'll make an impact• Develop and Lead the America's People Plan and People Strategy
• Work with the Head of People & OD and People & OD Leadership Team to develop Global People Strategy in line with Business Strategy
• Partner with the America's Leadership Team to deliver business growth through people, organisation and culture.
• Lead talent, succession and workforce planning initiatives to build future capability.
• Coach and support leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams.
• Shape an inclusive culture that strengthens employee engagement, wellbeing and performance.
• Use people insights and data to inform business decisions and improve organisational effectiveness.
• Lead the America's People Operations, ensuring compliance, operational excellence and a positive employee experience.
• Manage and develop a People Generalist while leveraging specialist Talent Acquisition expertise and external partners to deliver innovative people solutions.
• Partner closely with Aerogen's global People & Organisational Development team to drive consistent, scalable people practices across the region.

Salary Range for this position is estimated at $160,000-$180,000 and will depend on the candidate's skills, qualification and experience. The role is eligible for a performance-based incentive bonus and comprehensive benefit package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage, 401k Retirement, Enhanced Global Life Insurance, Paid Time Off (15-20 days tenure related), Global EAP Program, Short-Term Disability and FMLA Benefits. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
