Location: Hybrid working - office / remote working (US, New York office,)

The role:

The People & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day to day operational running of the US business. This role creates structure in a fast moving growth environment, partnering closely with leadership to ensure the business operates efficiently as it scales. You will work closely with the UK Operations team and wider Group functions to ensure operational consistency, strong communication and scalable ways of working across the business.

You will support the operational infrastructure of the US entity, including onboarding, hiring coordination, employee operations, systems, process management, internal mobility and operational delivery.

  • Previous experience in an Operations, People Operations, Business Operations or Operational Support role within a fast paced, high growth environment.

  • Strong systems capability and confidence using operational platforms, tooling and technology.


  • Experience using AI tools, automation platforms or workflow technology to improve operational efficiency.


  • Experience supporting leadership teams and helping operationally scale a growing business.


  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.


  • Experience coordinating onboarding, employee operations, systems and operational processes.


  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where processes may still be evolving.


  • Strong problem solving capability with a proactive and solution focused mindset.


  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work confidently across all levels of the business.


  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow through.


  • Experience supporting remote and hybrid teams preferred.
  • Previous experience within staffing, recruitment, talent, consulting or professional services environments would be advantageous.
