Role: GTM Recruiter (Atlanta, Georgia or NYC)
On Site 2 days a week
What you will do - GTM recruitment responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for go-to-market roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding handover.
• Partner closely with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Business Development to define role requirements, hiring plans and success profiles.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Manage candidate experience ensuring timely communication, feedback and a positive employer brand at every stage of the process.
• Conduct structured interviews, assess candidates against competencies and provide clear hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate background checks, references and relocation or visa processes as required.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in the ATS to drive continuous improvement and hiring efficiency.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) hiring strategies for GTM teams.
Required skills and experience
• Proven experience (typically 2+ years) recruiting for go-to-market roles such as Account Executive, Sales Development Representative, Marketing Manager, Customer Success Manager or similar.
• Strong knowledge of GTM hiring markets, role families and compensation benchmarks.
• Demonstrable success sourcing passive candidates via social recruiting, Boolean search and creative outreach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and prioritising multiple requisitions.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline velocity, offer acceptance, diversity metrics).
• Degree or equivalent work experience; relevant recruitment or HR certification is a plus.
Desirable attributes - GTM talent acquisition strengths
• Experience recruiting for SaaS, technology or high-growth scale-up companies.
• Ideally background in Fintech or Financial Services
• Familiarity with technical assessments and competency-based interview frameworks for GTM roles.
• Experience leading campus or early-career hiring programmes and apprentice/graduate intake.
• Creative employer branding and recruitment marketing experience.
