HGA is seeking a PC Lead: Site & Support (Multi-Prime / Infrastructure Lead) to support client operations in Boise, Idaho, providing critical project controls integration for a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing campus development.Position Overview:

  • This role will serve as the primary oversight authority for multi-prime contractor execution across site infrastructure, utilities, and enabling works, ensuring that all cost, schedule, and progress data are aligned into a unified owner-level reporting structure.

  • The position operates at the center of a highly complex delivery environment involving multiple EPC firms, A/E partners, and independent prime contractors, requiring strong interface management, data consolidation, and governance capabilities to drive predictable project outcomes on a multi-billion-dollar capital program.

  • This role will oversee project controls integration across multiple prime contractors executing infrastructure and site-wide scopes.

  • The position ensures alignment of schedules, cost reporting, and progress tracking across fragmented work packages, supporting a consolidated owner-level view of project performance.

  • The ideal candidate has experience managing complex multi-prime environments and coordinating interfaces between contractors with varying levels of project controls maturity.
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required
