Oracle Fusion Payroll Implementation
• Lead Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with Payroll, HR, and Finance stakeholders.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle best practices.
• Configure payroll structures and payroll processing rules.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
Payroll Configuration & Processing
• Configure and support:
o Payroll Definitions
o Payroll Elements
o Earnings and Deductions
o Payroll Balances
o Payroll Relationships
o Payment Methods
o Tax Calculations
• Execute payroll processing cycles.
• Validate payroll results and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Support retroactive processing and payroll adjustments.
Time & Labor Integration
• Work closely with workforce management teams to integrate payroll with:
o Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
o Project Time Entry
o Absence Management
o Shift and Overtime Rules
• Ensure accurate labor cost allocation.
• Support field workforce payroll requirements.
EPC Workforce Payroll Support
• Manage payroll processes for:
o Project-Based Employees
o Field Technicians
o Construction Workers
o Engineers
o Contractors
o Supervisory Personnel
• Support multi-project labor costing and allocation.
• Ensure proper payroll treatment for project assignments, overtime, allowances, and travel reimbursements.
Payroll Compliance & Taxation
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Configure tax reporting and statutory deductions.
• Support:
o Wage Garnishments
o Tax Withholding
o Union Deductions
o Benefits Deductions
• Collaborate with compliance teams during audits.
Finance & Costing Integration
• Integrate Oracle Payroll with:
o Oracle Core HR
o Oracle Financials Cloud
o Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
o General Ledger
• Support payroll accounting and labor costing processes.
• Ensure accurate transfer of payroll expenses to finance systems.
Reporting & Analytics
• Develop and maintain:
o Payroll Reports
o Labor Cost Reports
o Compliance Reports
o Executive Dashboards
• Monitor payroll KPIs including:
o Payroll Accuracy
o Processing Efficiency
o Labor Cost Trends
o Overtime Analysis
o Compliance Metrics
Data Conversion & Testing
• Support payroll data migration from legacy systems.
• Perform:
o Unit Testing
o System Integration Testing (SIT)
o User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
o Parallel Payroll Runs
• Validate payroll conversion results.
Training & Support
• Train payroll administrators and HR users.
• Prepare process documentation and training guides.
• Provide ongoing production support.
• Assist with Oracle quarterly cloud release testing.
Salary Range: $140,000-$150,000 a year
