Salary Range: $81,977 - $102,471 per annum plus comprehensive benefits

Location: 7120 Hurontario Street, Mississauga
Hours of work: 35 hours per week
What you will do in this role:
We are looking for an analyst to play an integral role as a subject matter expert in the business requirements gathering and system configuration of the various strategic initiatives and projects in Human Resources.
- Supports JBS, Litmos, Parklane, SAP or any other HCM applications to meet the needs of Human Resources.
- Manage and resolve assigned ServiceNow tickets.
- Design, analyze business requirements, document business processes, identify gaps and provides solutions for enhancements or functionality of the systems.
- Consulting with business leaders and subject matter experts for problem analysis and solution design and working with IT services on implementation or system enhancements.
- Technical abilities to prepare specifications for developers, prepare test scripts and tests system functionality.
- Participate in application technical and functional testing, troubleshoot and research system problems, and maintain configuration of HCM system.
What the role requires:
- University degree or diploma in related discipline
- 3 years related experience with HCM systems
- Experience with configuration and security of SAP or any other cloud HCM applications
- Experience implementing SAP or any other HCM applications
- Experience in gathering requirements, determining system gaps, designing modifications and business processes, developing system specifications, and system testing
- Combination of education and experience may be considered
Skills/Abilities:
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel, Visio, MS Apps and Power BI
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communications skills with the ability to train users
- Strong consultation skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias

Work Mode & Job Location: In this role, you’ll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes meaningful in-person connection. A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected along with occasional travel to attend site inspections or meetings at Regional facilities or as operational needs evolve. This arrangement allows for a blend of in person and hybrid work that adapts to support both organizational priorities and employee flexibility and is subject to change over time.
