Full Job Description
We are seeking an associate with at least 2 years of patent prosecution experience working with life sciences clients. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications and an advanced degree in a biology, chemistry or a biotechnical discipline. The position will entail U.S. and foreign patent office practice as well as opinion work, due diligence, licensing, litigation support, and client counseling on a variety of life sciences focused projects. Candidates must be admitted to the USPTO.

Annual Compensation Range: $235,000 to 365,000
