The RoleAs a Partnerships Analytics & Operations Senior Analyst, you will build the analytics, insights, and operational processes that power Adobe’s Partnerships strategy and execution.
You will work on high-impact problems across partner performance, deal effectiveness, and ecosystem dynamics — turning data into clear insights and helping ensure decisions are executed effectively.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused: you will own analyses end-to-end, build tools and dashboards, and help operationalize how the Partnerships organization runs.
What You’ll Do1. Build Analytics and Generate Insights (Core Focus)
Develop dashboards and analyses to track:
Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform:
Partner prioritization
Investment decisions
Deal optimization
Support development of evaluation frameworks for partner and ecosystem decisions
2. Enable Decision-Making Through Structured Analysis
Break down ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear outputs
Identify key drivers, trends, and tradeoffs
Present insights in a clear, concise, and decision-oriented way
3. Build and Improve Operational Processes
Support design and execution of processes across:
Help ensure data is accurate, consistent, and usable across teams
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to how the organization operates
4. Support Ecosystem Intelligence and Experimentation
Track partner and ecosystem developments (product, GTM, competitive moves)
Contribute to lightweight competitive intelligence efforts
Support early-stage analyses and pilots to evaluate new partnership opportunities
What You Need to Succeed
Experience
3–8 years in analytics, strategy, BizOps, consulting, or similar roles
Strong track record of solving problems using data and structured thinking
Experience working in cross-functional environments
Analytics & Technical Skills (Critical)
AI proficiency required:
Comfortable using AI tools (LLMs) to accelerate analysis and workflows
Familiarity with 2 vibe coding2 / rapid prototyping using AI tools
(e.g., building simple dashboards, scripts, or automations)
Communication
Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations
Comfortable presenting to stakeholders
Structured thinking and concise storytelling
Mindset

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $110,000 -- $202,250 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $139,700 - $202,250
In New York, the pay range for this position is $139,700 - $202,250
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $127,700 - $184,850
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
