Job Summary

The Partner Strategist will develop and implement partner sales plays and initiatives in collaboration with partners, while providing leadership and guidance to internal teams. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, handling financial processes, and analyzing ROI to optimize future strategies. Additionally, the Partner Strategist will facilitate the enablement of activities and maintain documentation to support sales execution.

Role Description
  • Develop and implement strategic partner plans and initiatives, including programs and incentives, in collaboration with ISV Partners.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to internal teams and SOS partners, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
  • Coordinate and manage activities such as demand generation, training events, and customer appreciation events to align with partner and company goals.
  • Handle financial and billing processes, ensuring compliance with partner marketing program requirements and audit standards.
  • Assist with content creation for newsletters, blogs, and other customer-facing communications to support marketing efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the return on investment (ROI) and performance metrics of marketing activities to inform future strategies.
  • Maintain and update internal partner documents, sales training materials, and sales tools to support enablement and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as SOS Sales and delivery teams and marketing, to optimize sales and partner strategies.
  • Identify and develop opportunities by targeting key accounts and executing plans in coordination with sales and partner leadership.
  • Facilitate training activities and enablement programs to educate internal sellers about new products, solutions, and promotional opportunities.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
