Job Description:SummaryReporting to the Divisional Vice President, Global Strategic Alliances, the Strategic ERP Alliance Manager will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strategic alliances with ERP partners. This role will involve driving partner-influenced and referral programs to achieve business growth and ensure seamless integration with our core values. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team and cross-functional units to develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with our goals.
Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership Ownership: Take ownership of relationships with assigned strategic ERP partners, fostering collaborative engagement, and developing initiatives for mutual growth.
- Annual Business Strategy Development: Work closely with assigned strategic ERP partners to set the annual business strategy. Collaboratively define goals, objectives, and execution plans to achieve business targets, ensuring alignment with our core values.
- Partner Governance: Implement effective partner governance measures to maintain a structured and productive partnership. This includes regular check-ins, performance assessments, and strategic adjustments to maximize partnership outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor partnership performance, tracking key metrics and leveraging data insights to make informed decisions that drive mutual success.
- Collaboration with Direct Sales Organization: Collaborate closely with the direct sales organization to ensure that partner referral leads are followed up on and measured. Foster a streamlined and effective process for lead management and follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring they align with partner strategies and contribute to the overarching goals.
Achievements/ Goals- Establish robust relationships and collaborate on annual business plans with each ERP partner to drive aligned and targeted strategies.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the existing partnership strategy through the integration of additional ISW offerings, enhancing the value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution plans, fostering seamless and coordinated efforts.
- Successfully achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently to drive revenue growth and maintain financial objectives.
Qualifications/ Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of strategic alliance management experience, including a proven track record of developing and nurturing partnerships with ERP partners.
- Strong sales and business development expertise, with at least 3 years of experience driving revenue growth through partner-driven channels.
- Minimum 5-7 years of financial technology sales experience to mid-size public companies, showcasing a history of achieving sales targets.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in negotiation, financial acumen, and analytical skills, which are vital for partnership success.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- An MBA or relevant advanced degree in business or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Experience with any of the following ERP ecosystem companies: MRI, Deltek, Viewpoint, Infor, Workday, Oracle & SAP.
- Demonstrated experience in data-driven decision-making is highly preferred, contributing to informed strategic choices.
The salary range in United States of America for this position is 124,000.00 to 156,000.00 USD Annual.
Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.
