Our Field Partner Management organization is pivotal in driving Celonis' growth by empowering our partner ecosystem. As part of this team, you'll work alongside Partner Managers to maximize client value through our technology. We focus on building strong partner relationships and ensuring our partners excel in delivering Celonis solutions. In the NAM region, where our partners are integral to our market presence, your expertise will be crucial in driving successful projects - from proof to transformation & everything in between. Continually leveraging the latest features and functionalities, such as the Celonis Context Model, OCPM, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, you will generate high-value use cases and ensure our partners and their customers stay at the forefront of innovation. As an ambassador to the most prestigious consulting firms in the world, you will drive Celonis' international expansion and solidify our leadership in the industry.

The Role:

As a Partner Solutions Engineer in NAM, you'll be the use-case, solution, technical and value expert, being a key enabler to our partners to deliver exceptional Celonis projects - from proofs to transformations. You'll work closely with Partner Managers to ensure that partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools to drive their own and their customers' success. Your role involves providing deep product expertise, business consulting, and advising partners on best practices for Celonis projects. You will act as a champion for AI-driven innovation, guiding partners to leverage hyperscalers, modern data ecosystems, and AI platforms such as Databricks, AWS and Microsoft to accelerate their engagements. You'll be a key player in ensuring our partners can leverage the full potential of the Celonis Context Model and its latest features and deliver maximum value within their engagements. Our North Stars are Customer Value, incremental non-linear growth and generating Win-Win-Win scenarios.

• Strategically shape the way we engage and scale with partners in a highly cross-functional global team
• Lead and advise engagements together with our largest partners end-to-end
• Solution Engineering: Provide expert advice on Celonis best practices, solution engineering, and project methodologies to partners.
• Business Consulting: Assist partners in identifying and developing high-value use cases that address their clients' business challenges.
• Technical Consulting: Deliver comprehensive technical and product consulting to partners, ensuring they can effectively implement and utilize Celonis solutions.
• Generative AI Proficiency: Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Cowork) to accelerate development, analysis, and deliverables.
• Technical Ecosystems & Architecture: Design AI solutions by integrating with modern data and AI platforms, including Databricks and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Product Champion: Drive the adoption of the latest Celonis features and functionalities among partners, ensuring they stay at the forefront of innovation.
• Partner Advisory: Act as a primary point of contact for advisory needs from partners on their engagements, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, value engineering and services teams to ensure alignment and support partner success.

The qualifications you need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Management & Technology or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Services, Management Consulting, Business Process Improvement, Digital Transformation or similar areas
• Strong ability in critical & strategic thinking and problem-solving, helping you to quickly understand business problems and breaking them down into Celonis requirements
• Excellent analytical skills as well as a strong interest or experience in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
• In-depth business process understanding, such as supply chain, financial services, IT service management
• Client-facing Project Management experience in managing multiple projects concurrently is a must, within SaaS is a big plus
• Strong foundation in SQL and proficiency in programming languages such as Python; practical experience leveraging modern AI tools and hyperscaler/data ecosystems for technical engagements
• Experience building or utilizing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for AI interoperability is a plus.
• Self-starter, showing strong ownership, outcome-driven and a life-long learner
• Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.

Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.

The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.
