Description

The Copilot / AI Solution Consultant is responsible for supporting the design, configuration, and delivery of solutions within the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem, including Copilot and AI-enabled capabilities. This role works closely with delivery teams and clients to implement scalable solutions and contribute to successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Implementation

• Support the design and implementation of solutions leveraging Microsoft Business Applications and Copilot capabilities
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions
• Assist in defining data models, integrations, and system configurations

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business needs
• Participate in solution discussions and support demonstrations for both technical and non-technical audiences

Technical Delivery

• Configure and implement solutions within the Microsoft Business Application ecosystem
• Develop workflows, automations, and Copilot-enabled capabilities
• Support integrations with external systems and APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation

Solution Quality & Best Practices

• Follow established development standards, governance, and delivery processes
• Participate in solution reviews and validation activities
• Ensure consistency and quality across implementations

Data & Integration Support

• Assist with data migration planning, execution, and validation
• Support integration setup and troubleshooting with third-party systems

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current on Microsoft Copilot and Business Applications advancements
• Identify opportunities to improve solutions and delivery efficiency

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Maintain solution documentation including configurations and workflows
• Support internal knowledge sharing and contribute to team enablement

Delivery Expectations

• Follow Boyer's Project Methodology - Boyer 360 Framework
• Contribute to client delivery with utilization expectations (36 hours/week billable)

Compensations & Benefits

The posted salary range represents the anticipated hiring range for this position. Individual offers are determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, certifications, education, and internal equity. The final offer will reflect the qualifications of the selected candidate while maintaining alignment with Boyer's compensation philosophy. This role is eligible for performance-based bonus or incentive compensation based on role and individual performance. Bonus opportunities are determined by work group or role and may be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. All bonus and incentive compensation is discretionary, performance-based, and not guaranteed. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• 3-6 years of experience with Microsoft Business Applications
• Experience configuring and implementing solutions in a client-facing environment
• Exposure to Copilot, automation, or AI tools preferred
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and data management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients

Salary Description

$100,000-$130,000 annually plus up to $25k bonus
