Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and alignment of comprehensive business plans tailored to GSI, SI, and AI Native partners.
  • Own and drive the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and Rhythm of Business (ROB) frameworks to ensure strategic goals are met.
  • Drive and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives specifically across the SI and AI Native (AIN) ecosystems.
  • Maintain an agile execution focus, partnering closely with Field Operations to remove blockers and accelerate partner impact.
  • Track and manage project milestone execution to ensure joint initiatives with partners are delivered on time and yield expected outcomes.

  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Field Sales, Operations, Marketing).
  • Proven track record of working to create and land new capabilities at scale in a Global Cloud Services context.
