Full Job Description
About the role:

Samsara's partner ecosystem is a key growth driver for the company, spanning Insurance, Resale, Referral, Installation, Technology Integration, and Fleet Management Partners. As Partner Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations and systems that power this ecosystem.

You'll be the operational backbone for Samsara's Partner Portal, Deal Registration processes, partner data management, and program launch support. You'll work hands-on in our PRM platform and Salesforce to ensure partners and Partner Account Managers (PAMs) have the tools, data, and processes they need to succeed.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is meticulous about data and process quality, and wants to grow into a career in partner or channel operations. This role has strong growth potential within our Partner Programs team, and will be joining at a pivotal moment as we evolve our partner technology stack to the next stage.

This is a remote role open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
You should apply if:
  • You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will result in real-world impact-helping to keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, and most importantly, ensure workers return home safely.
  • You're a detail-obsessed operator: You take pride in clean data, documented processes, and systems that just work. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
  • You love learning new tools and systems: Whether it's a PRM platform, Salesforce, or a reporting tool you've never seen before, you pick it up fast and become the resident expert.
  • You build genuine relationships with your stakeholders: You'll work closely with Partner Account Managers, internal teams, and sometimes directly with partners. You communicate clearly and earn trust.
  • You want to be with the best: Samsara's high-performance culture means you'll be surrounded by the best and challenged to go farther than you have before.
  • You are a team player: At Samsara, sales is a team sport. We help each other out by sharing best practices and focusing on winning as a team.
In this role, you will:
  • Serve as day-to-day administrator of Samsara's Partner Portal (PRM platform), managing content updates, page configuration, and user access
  • Troubleshoot portal issues and serve as the first point of contact for L1 partner-facing and PAM-facing system questions
  • Maintain and support operational workflows for Deal Registration, partner onboarding, tier management, and compliance tracking
  • Process and validate incoming Deal Registrations, ensuring data accuracy and timely approvals
  • Identify and flag process bottlenecks or data quality issues, recommending and implementing improvements
  • Help develop and maintain process documentation, FAQs, and training materials for PAMs and partners.
  • Support change management efforts for new tools and process rollouts, working closely with the Partner Programs PM on PAM enablement.
  • Support PRM platform migration efforts as Samsara evaluates and potentially transitions to a new partner technology stack.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Minimum requirements for the role:
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, partner/channel operations, program management, or related operations role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (reporting, data management, basic configuration)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports, spot data quality issues, and recommend process improvements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with partners, partner account managers, and internal cross-functional team members
  • Meticulous attention to detail and track record of maintaining data integrity across systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter mindset - you proactively identify issues and suggest improvements
An ideal candidate also has:
  • Experience with PRM platforms (Salesforce Experience Cloud, Impartner, Allbound, Introw, or similar)
  • Experience in channel or partnerships organization, with an understanding of how partner programs, Deal Registration, and partner tiers work
  • Experience supporting program or product launches in an operational capacity
  • Sensitivity to the sales cycle and operates with a sense of urgency
  • Track record of operating and delivering in an ambiguous environment - we're building and evolving processes in real time
