Full Job Description
The Partner Marketing team sits at the intersection of Loop's Marketing and Partnerships orgs. We build the assets, education, and feedback loops that make our 700+ agency, technology, and logistics partners solve brand challenges with Loop, fueling the referral engine and expanding Loop's footprint across the ecommerce ecosystem.

We're hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to own partner enablement and communications. You'll be one half of a two-person team, reporting to our Senior Partner Marketing Manager. You'll work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product Marketing, Merchant Success, Sales, and RevOps to translate Loop's product story into the formats partners actually use.

At Loop, we're intentional about the way we work so that we can do our best work. We call this our Blended Working Environment. We work from our HQ in Columbus, OH, or one of our Hub or Secluded locations, and are distributed throughout the United States, select Canadian provinces, and the United Kingdom. For this position, we are looking for a teammate located in the United States.

What You'll Do:

  • Equip partners to pitch and support Loop with confidence. Build and maintain partner-facing content that fits into their systems (AI prompts and otherwise), including: slides, case studies, one-pagers, battle cards, demo narratives, and tech integration enablement (internal and external).
  • Develop Claude skills and templates that scale how Partner Managers and partners create assets, respond to merchant questions, and stay current on Loop's product.
  • Keep Loop top of mind through consistent, thoughtful touchpoints at scale: newsletters, product updates, and partner-facing communications that help maximize Loop's value for their clients, drive referrals, and partner engagement.
  • Translate Loop's product roadmap and launches into partner-ready education. Show partners where Loop is headed so they can bring that story to their merchants.
  • Prioritizing, sourcing, and writing mutual customer case studies that focus on data to demonstrate the value of Loop + partners.
  • Triage and turn around ad-hoc partner marketing requests from Partner Managers and partners themselves with speed and quality.
  • Support planning and execution of partner-focused events, including Loop's annual Partner Summit, partner dinners, and relationship-building moments.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Partner Managers and partners have the materials they need, when they need them, with minimal lift.
  • Measurable lift in partner engagement with Loop content and education resources (and corresponding lift in pipeline).
  • Partners feel like we're building with and for them, and that they have a voice in product feedback.
  • The Partnerships team continues to achieve and exceed their revenue targets, with enablement as a clear contributor.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, experience with partner marketing or enablement is a plus. Experience with a SaaS company or agency with ecommerce clients in the Shopify ecosystem is a plus.
  • You default to action, and don't let perfection stop you from shipping quickly (while holding yourself and others to a high standard).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and ad-hoc requests without dropping the ball.
  • A natural curiosity with AI and other new technologies. You've experimented with tools for workflow automation, content acceleration, and skill-building (bonus points if you've built a Claude skill before).
  • A maker's instinct. You love turning complex product information into clean, consumable assets that other people can actually use.
  • A storyteller who's fluent in data. You get excited about bringing technical product stories to life, and you reach for data to show impact: what shipped, what landed, and what changed because of it.
  • Strong alignment with Loop's core values: own the outcome, make merchants successful, courage over comfort, and be a human first.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Tools You Will Use:

  • Claude and other AI tools for content acceleration and skill development.
  • Figma or Canva for co-branded assets and partner enablement materials.
  • Euler for partner education and enablement.
  • Crossbeam or Clay for data enrichment.
  • HubSpot for lifecycle communications.
  • Gong for voice-of-partner and merchant insights.
  • Salesforce, Hex or similar for analysis and dashboards.
  • Notion or Google docs for documentation, project management, and strategic communication.
