Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

• An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication

Required Skill and Experience• Experience with prior implementation and support experience of the Oracle ERP Cloud Financial modules and related configurations and technical components specifically around AP, AR, GL, FA and PA modules.
• Experience on configuring and troubleshooting core data import tools and reporting frameworks, including FBDI (File-Based Data Import), ADFdi, and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
• Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
• Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud solution design and customization development.
• Experience in enterprise package processes, Oracle business intelligence methodology.
Preferred Skill and Experience• Experience with OIC.
• Experience in working with global delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
