Lead Organizational Development Specialist

Location: Remote – US Work Model: Remote

About the Role

The Lead Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to diagnose complex organizational challenges and translate business strategy into practical people, structure, and capability solutions. This role leads enterprise-scale initiatives, drives AI adoption and workforce enablement, and leverages data-driven insights to strengthen organizational effectiveness and build a future-ready workforce.

Here's What You'll Do
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to diagnose complex organizational challenges, identify root causes, and translate business strategy into practical people structure and capability solutions
  • Design and implement AI enablement strategies, resources, and learning experiences that build employee proficiency and confidence, ensuring responsible and effective use of AI tools in day-to-day work
  • Lead efforts to drive AI adoption and capability building across the organization, partnering with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and scale role-specific and function-specific AI use cases
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of enterprise and large-scale initiatives, including planning, communication, coordination, and measurement of outcomes
  • Leverage talent, engagement, performance, and workforce data to identify trends and risks, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve retention and organizational effectiveness
  • Contribute to workforce planning efforts including skills mapping, mobility, and organizational health strategies with a focus on evolving skills for an AI-enabled workforce; apply best practices and develop tools, templates, and methodologies while mentoring junior team members to strengthen team capability and consistency
