Qualifications

• 10+ years in environment management, with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS management.
• Experience managing Users and Roles within Fusion SaaS, focusing on HCM access and privileges.
• Familiarity with Cloud-Based Healthcare Architecture (CBHA).
• Proficiency in administering Oracle SaaS applications (Fusion Applications, SCM, HCM & Finance) across environments.
• Experience managing Oracle PaaS services including OIC, VBCS, PCS, and Autonomous Database (ATP).
• Strong focus on availability, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of services.**

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Oracle SaaS environments across DEV, TEST, and PROD.
• Ensure high availability and performance tuning of PaaS/SaaS services.
• Oversee SaaS environment refreshes and manage the cloud patching calendar.
• Raise Oracle Service Requests (SR) and manage cohort changes.
• Ensure seamless integration of SaaS, PaaS, and on-premise systems.
• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for Oracle Fusion and OIC and VBCS.
• Implement security best practices and maintain compliance standards.
