JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Order Management (OM) Cloud Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of Oracle Order Management Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Cloud applications, Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes, and global Oracle Cloud implementations. This role requires excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive business process transformation initiatives and deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Order Management (OM) Cloud solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud functional designs and system configurations.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Order Management Cloud modules to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Design, configure, and manage Oracle Pricing, Shipping Execution, and related Order Management functionalities.
• Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process design, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process gaps and recommend effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Partner with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle OM and other Oracle Cloud applications.
• Support integrations across:
- Oracle Inventory Management
- Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Related Oracle Supply Chain modules
• Facilitate solution workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and design reviews.
• Develop functional specifications and support system testing activities.
• Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and provide functional solutions.
• Support production environments and manage enhancement requests.
• Configure and administer Oracle Cloud Security and Data Access controls.
• Ensure role-based security access and compliance with organizational governance standards.
• Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to business teams.
• Support Oracle Cloud release management and adoption of new features and capabilities.
• Participate in global implementation and transformation projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle Order Management (OM) Cloud.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Order Management Cloud configuration and business process design.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Pricing and Shipping Execution modules.
• Experience supporting global Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
• Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment.
• Experience integrating Oracle OM with:
- Oracle Inventory Management
- Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Other Oracle SCM applications
• Experience conducting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production support activities.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Security, Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), and data access management.
• Ability to lead client-facing workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with Oracle Configurator for advanced product configuration and guided selling solutions.
• Experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud modules.
• Experience with Oracle Manufacturing and Inventory Cloud integrations.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud and Financials integration processes.
• Experience leading large-scale global transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle experience across multiple industries.
