We9re looking for a driven, competitive, and consultative Account Executive to join our Consumer Services sales team. This is a true net-new business hunting role focused on acquiring new customers within your assigned territory.

You9ll own the entire sales cycle-from prospecting and discovery through solution development, executive presentations, negotiation, and close. Success in this role comes from building pipeline, developing trusted relationships with business leaders, and helping organizations transform how they manage their operations.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do!
  • Own and execute the full sales cycle for net-new logo acquisition within your assigned territory.
  • Generate pipeline through strategic prospecting, outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and partner collaboration.
  • Conduct consultative discovery to understand customers9 financial, operational, and business challenges.
  • Position NetSuite9s ERP, CRM, Accounting, Professional Services Automation (PSA), and ecommerce solutions by connecting technology to measurable business outcomes.
  • Build executive relationships with CFOs, Controllers, COOs, founders, owners, and operations leaders.
  • Develop compelling business cases, proposals, and presentations that demonstrate clear ROI.
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close complex software agreements.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, account planning, and pipeline management within CRM.
  • Partner closely with Business Development Representatives, Solution Consultants, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $31.73 to $50.72 per hour; from: $66,000 to $105,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle9s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
