What you'll do:
Provide solutions to work-related problems. Independently analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience. Identify recurring problems and propose improvements to prevent future incidents. Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting solutions and best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights based on system behavior and user feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Management
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week at your local office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.
What you'll need:
Minimum of three years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud PPM support
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
