Job Summary

We are seeking a techno-functional Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant to support and enhance Oracle HCM Payroll solutions. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Payroll, providing functional design, solution architecture, configuration, testing, and production support. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technical teams to ensure application stability, support system upgrades, and integrate enterprise solutions while leveraging Oracle Cloud best practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Oracle HCM Payroll module with strong knowledge of Core HR and Compensation modules.
• Provide functional design recommendations and troubleshooting support while evaluating the application from an end-to-end perspective.
• Perform solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation within Oracle HCM Fusion.
• Support application upgrades and ensure system stability following releases and enhancements.
• Design and document functional requirements for reporting, technical development, and system enhancements.
• Support the integration of multiple external vendors with the Oracle HCM platform to ensure reliable functionality.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve complex application issues.
• Utilize Oracle Cloud tools and methodologies to develop, enhance, and troubleshoot payroll solutions.
• Support reporting, data extraction, and payroll-related processes while ensuring solution quality and accuracy.
• Participate in ongoing system improvements and implementation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
• 5-8 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, including significant experience with the Oracle Payroll module.
• Strong understanding of Payroll Processing, U.S. Payroll Taxes, and Payroll Accounting.
• Experience supporting end-to-end integrations between Core HR, Compensation, and Payroll modules.
• Experience creating and maintaining Payroll Elements and Fast Formulas.
• Proficiency with Oracle Cloud tools including HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM data structures and underlying tables for reporting and support.
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments.

Certifications
• Oracle Cloud Payroll Practitioner Certification preferred.
