About the Role

Solutions Engineer position is a highly visible role that is responsible for ensuring the technical integrity and compelling demonstration of the full Veryon product portfolio (Maintenance Tracking, Publications, Diagnostics, and AI-driven insights). The SE translates complex client challenges across diverse operational models into clear, value-driven solutions, partnering with Account Executives to secure bookings and drive digital transformation globally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Discovery & Solution Mapping Across All Segments
  • Diverse Discovery: Lead technical discovery sessions with a varied group of customer stakeholders (from MRO GMs and BGA Directors of Maintenance to Commercial IT VPs) to thoroughly understand unique operational workflows, system integrations, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., Part 121, Part 145, Part 91/135).
  • Full Portfolio Mapping: Act as the bridge between technical complexity and business value, meticulously mapping the capabilities of the entire Veryon product suite to the specific needs of Commercial, MRO, and BGA clients.
  • Strategic Scoping: Partner with sales and implementation teams to define the detailed technical scope of work, integration strategies, and phased deployment plans required for successful adoption across multi-faceted global enterprises.

3. Market Expertise & Partnership
  • Aviation Market Expertise: Maintain a deep and current understanding of the evolving challenges, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape across Commercial, MRO, and BGA sectors.
  • Internal Advocacy: Collect and synthesize product feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence, acting as the primary "voice of the customer" to the Veryon Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Global Field Support: Requires international travel to conduct on-site technical presentations, executive briefings, and workshops with global clients.

Requirements:
  • Must possess deep, comprehensive working knowledge of the Aviation Industry, including maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) processes, regulatory compliance (covering Part 121, Part 145, and/or Part 91/135), and the distinct operational challenges faced by Commercial Operators, MRO businesses, and BGA fleets.
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex technical solutions clearly and compellingly to both technical specialists and non-technical executive audiences.
  • Experience responding to complex, structured RFPs/RFIs and managing Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements.
  • Deep familiarity with data integration concepts, APIs, and enterprise system landscapes (e.g., ERP, MRO systems).
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools to support the sales cycle and streamline RFI/RFP responses.
  • Ability to Travel internationally

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Veryon solutions 'Veryon Tracking (Flight Docs)', 'EBIS MRO or GSE', 'Veryon Tracking Plus (Rusada Envision)' or Experience with competitor solutions for example: TRAX, AMOS, Ramco, CAMP, Corridor, QuantumMX...
