The work:
As anOracle Test Lead, you will lead the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests. You will apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for managing and assessing the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to meet the team’s overall test objectives while coaching and advising testers as required.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 8years of experiencein testing methodologies and processes, with a focus on Oracle systems including Oracle Cloud Testing Automation and Oracle Cloud Integration
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation
- Ability to collaborate across teams and ensure alignment on testing objectives.
- Oracle Cloud Certification
