Qualifications

• Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and vendor ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate optical component specifications for compliance with industry standards.
• Assess transmission performance over DWDM and ROADM networks.
• Conduct OSNR analysis to ensure design tolerances are met.
• Optimize spectral shaping for enhanced bandwidth and signal integrity.
